As a member of the Strategy unit of Pictet Wealth Management’s Finance department, you will be responsible for providing support for the efforts to achieve PWM’s 2025 strategic ambitions by delivering critical analyses and recommendations.

Your role

 

You will be responsible for:

 

• Providing support for PWM Strategy’s Senior Project Managers in performing their duties and tasks.


• Producing reports on PWM’s commercial and financial results, including shortfalls versus targets, and issuing recommendations to PWM’s CFO and CEO on corrective actions.


• Developing and maintaining financial models which will help to identify revenue-growth, cost-reductions and equity-optimisation opportunities.


• Organising and steering PWM’s strategic-planning and budgeting processes.


• Helping to steer PWM’s strategic initiatives using economic analyses.


• Carrying out ad hoc analyses requested by PWM’s CFO and CEO.
   

Your profile

 

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Mathematics.


• 3 to 5 years proven experience in a financial analysis or management consulting role.


• Skilled user of analytical tools (Excel and Tableau).


• Excellent command of English and French.


• Strong financial analysis, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to summarise and present complex information clearly.


• Ability to work with complex and extensive datasets.


• Driven by excellence, in a very demanding environment.


• Proactive, with the ability to work under limited supervision.


• Continuous willingness to learn.


• Capacity to build relationships built on trust with teammates and key stakeholders within the Bank.


• Ability to deliver on multiple tasks under pressure and to meet short deadlines.
