R&I internship - Automatic detection of aesthetical defects

MISSION

Developing & implementing new methods for automatic detection of aesthetical defects.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

As a member of the Group Research & Innovation department and under the responsibility of the internship tutor, youwillbe in charge of :

• Evaluate and optimize existing methods for automatic defects’ detection & propose new ones


• Work with existing optical setups & suggest new ones


• Assist our partners in generating & handling robust datasets


• Participate in related projects


• You will tightly interact with Richemont’s Maisons and Manufactures.

 

PROFILE 

You are a master's-level engineering student with specific knowledge in data science, computer vision or optics.

Proactive and autonomous, you like new challenges.You enjoy teamwork & possess very good communication skills. Fluent in English, you have basic knowledge in French.

You are interested in the luxury industry.

 

Mainlybased in Buttes, within the plant of Manufacture Horlogère ValFleurier, youwillalso have the opportunity to meetwithother R&I colleagues in our hub based in Microcity, Neuchâtel.
