At our headquarters in Winterthur (other locations within Europe may be considered) we are looking for a collaborative and proactive

Digital Transformation Manager

for our division Applicator Systems (APS).

In this role you will promote the digitalization within APS with focus on digital transformation and business development and report directly to Head Commercial Operations, Strategy & HC.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for success of APS digital projects and pushing digital transformation across the division


• Develop digital roadmap for APS including digitalization of products


• Instigate and evaluate new project proposals and prepare for decision making based on relevance, impact and resources


• Lead (high priority) digital projects for the division as well as cross-segment including review, track, support and guidance


• Input and guidance on digital innovation applicable for APS including product development


• Lead, drive and coordinate cross-segment business development projects including M&A screening, target searches and approach

Your profile

• At least 3 years experience in digital consulting or in a digital transformation role


• Extensive experience in managing digital projects


• Experience in digitalization of processes and products


• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English


• Ability to work proactively and business oriented
