Budgeting , controlling and coordination of GE & PE budget for CRO division
Coordination of finance/budget related internal meetings
Tracking of pending items and coordination with contributors for regular meetings, such as Division Heads, ExB and BoD
Organization and coordination of CRO conferences, townhalls etc. (content-wise)
Responsibility for comprehensive presentations and meeting materials
Preparation of presentations targeted to Senior Management
Coordination across functions and sub-divisions on ad hoc business deliverables
Support of various initiatives and projects within the CRO division
Independent management of administrative tasks
University degree or other higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Banking and Finance
At least 3 - 4 years’ experience as financial generalist in the financial industry
Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Very good communicative skills; fluent in English and German
Open for new challenges and willingness to learn
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
Proactive and ability to work independently on own initiative
Team-oriented as well as able to lead and motivate others
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and react positively in the face of change
