Lean, Technical & Project Coordinator

Job purpose

Coordinate resources intended to:

• Develop new technology and process in production and packaging areas


• Optimise existing technology and process in production and packaging areas


• Manage data management through internal systems


• Manage technical projects within the Operation functions (initiation, planning, managing, closeout) 


• Support from technical and quality point of view pharmaceutical and food supplement processes (and products development)

Qualifications, Competences & Experience (Hard Skills)

• At least 3-5 years proven experience in the pharmaceutical production/packaging field


• Knowledge especially in tableting and film coating processes, equipment and products (microbiome products is a plus)


• Knowledge in hard gelatine capsule filling, mixing of dry powders and liquid preparations (microbiome products is a plus)


• Knowledge and experience in GMP rules, pharmaceutical procedures


• Engineering education to be able to understand machine and process operations and to select appropriate equipment to the environment or project


• Knowledge and experience in project management and lean approach


• Experience in technology transfer and/or technical support of pharmaceutical process and product

• Curiosity, proactivity and flexibility


• Fluent Italian & good English speaker


• Computer skills and knowledge: MS Office, SAP, EBRs, Trackwise
