In our Software Development Center, we develop a PC-based client-server software that controls high-precision laboratory measurement instrumentation, collects and processes measurement data. The software is distributed worldwide incl. large global key account customers and supports multiple languages. To further expand our leadership role, we invest in our software platforms for new products.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior C# /.NET Software Engineer (f/m/d) to bring our SW to the next level and support our Global Key Accounts.

Here you are part of a large project with professional, systematic processes and still have enough freedom for your creativity.  This role is based in our global operational Headquarter in Nänikon Greifensee.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• As an experienced SW engineer, you take part in all the phases (concept, design, implementation, unit testing and code reviews) of the development of the core components for a PC-based client-server application
  


• Supporting of our LGKS (Large global key accounts) team for technical details
  


• Help our individual projects and architects with toolchain support/implementation
  


• As a part of a dynamic and high-performance software team you can work independently and help the team achieve its goals
  


• Training and support of the team members in the development work in their own field of competence
  


• Interfaces to third-party systems are part of the functionality and management of instrument data
  


• You work closely with your cooperation partners, who are product managers, dedicated requirements engineers, test-teams and embedded software development teams as well as LGK
  

Ihr Profil

• Higher degree in computer science (FH / BSc, MSc)
  


• 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a (laboratory) software engineering environment, ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  


• Knowledge of OOA / OOD, UML and OO implementations
  


• Practical experience with the .NET Framework and C#
  


• Know-how of phase models and agile methods
  


• Experience in networking & virtualization (RSTP, VLAN, VPN & VmWare, Citrix, Docker)
  


• Good know how in cyber security and authentication technologies (AD, AzureAD)
  


• Fluent in English (oral and written) – additional German skills would be an asset
  


• Reliable person with very good communication skills, who can work independently and focuses on the team's goals
