We are looking for support in our departments Legal, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs & Quality and are recruiting a


Business Coordinator Legal & Data Privacy - 100%


In this role you act as a strategic advisor and counsel to the Market Access Director and the other departmentsand you will be providing operational support and liaise with staff, executives and senior leaders. You will be the central point of contact for data privacy related matters, working closely with our external data privacy counsel.


Your main tasks:



  • Managing the large and complex budget of the departments Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Legal.

  • Coordinate implementation of new data privacy laws and monitor ongoing data privacy compliance Support management of legal matters

  • Contract management and administration

  • Staff Training on data privacy

  • Managing internal and external customer requests

  • Drive projects and strategic initiatives across wide range of topic areas.

  • Providing administrative support to the departments Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Legal

  • Coordinating complex meetings and off-site events.


Your profile:



  • Prior experience in a similar role

  • Interest in data privacy related questions if no prior experience

  • Experience in budget controlling, project & document management

  • Openness for legal matters

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player

  • Very high standard of communication skills (oral & written)

  • Experience of a variety of software/systems (Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Languages: stylistically confident German as well as fluent in English.
