Compliance Sustainability, Research and Investment Solutionsprovides compliance coverage to the SRI function globally. Our goal is to protect the reputation of the division and of Credit Suisse by ensuring that employees have the necessary tools and know-how to align with all applicable internal policies and external rules and regulations. We support all areas of the business as they undertake the important task of managing their risks. In addition to our advisory role, we develop and issue policies, conduct compliance training and perform monitoring and surveillance activities.



  • Are you up for an exciting challenge in Compliance? We are looking for a new Head Compliance for the Investment Solutions & Products Business Area (IS&P, comprising Investment Strategy, Economics & Research as well as Products, Selection, Strategic Investments and Solutions) within Compliance SRI in Zurich.

  • Leading a team of three-four  experienced employees, you act as an entry point for all Compliance related questions from the Business Area.

  • Be the sparring partner of the respective Business Line Heads from a compliance perspective in terms of business strategy implementation according to compliance requirements.

  • Work with senior business partners and support functions across the global divisions in the ongoing review of compliance procedures and processes.

  • Be part of defining the compliance strategy for the business and actively drive consistent implementation and application of Compliance policies and systems worldwide.

  • The opportunity to closely interact with the Business, Compliance Specialist and cross-divisional Compliance Coverage as well as other sparring partners in the Bank.

You Offer

 

  • A university degree or an equivalent degree, combined with at least 10 years of in the financial services industry and in the above mentioned areas of business or in compliance.

  • Expertise in compliance methodologies and in-depth knowledge of business processes and procedures, governmental and regulatory agency guidelines, laws and requirements allow you to advance and challenge existing procedures and standards.

  • Proficiency in English & German enable you to communicate and challenge complex or difficult concepts in both languages in order to influence others to adopt different points of view,

  • As an outstanding manager with profound leadership skills, you are able to prioritize activities and those of colleagues, as well as leading multiple work streams to achieve departmental goals.

  • Your strong interpersonal skills support you in challenging the status quo and in doing so contribute to change and encourage others to move things forward.

  • As an effective communicator, you move easily from discussion to agreement and are thereby able to establish sustainable relationships with colleagues.

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by providing and accepting constructive feedback and feeling accountable for actions and results!
