Project Management Lead  - Web Applications 


We are on the lookout for a Project Management Lead for our Zurich Hub (or remote). You’ll be key in leading and mentoring our team of project managers, using your experience in Software Development projects to build up your teams skills and knowledge base, as well as work with some of your own clients. 


As an Amazee, you’ll be working with a committed and open Drupal and React agency with a passion for engaging web design. Our services include web consulting and web development, as well as hosting and maintenance. We excel in the areas of design, user experience, and high performing websites.

What you’ll bring: 



  • Lead, guide and mentor our team of Project Managers as they drive forward Web Application projects (est. 70% of your time)

  • Drive your own projects too. (est. 30% of your time) 

  • Manage and regularly brief the client and internal team about the status of the projects with regard to budget, progress and timing

  • Understand the goals of our clients and translate them into conceptual and technical solutions 

  • Guide new build projects, work with capacity planning, estimations, and workflows

  • Suggest improvements and new functionalities, and process improvements, both internally and for the client

  • Lead planning, review, estimation and retro meetings

  • Ensure great communication between all stakeholders, including the UX/Designers, Developers, and Clients

  • Fluent communication in English, and preferably German


The following would be Amazeeng (see what we did there) but not a must. It will certainly help you get up to speed quickly though: 



  • Experience with Drupal projects 

  • Previous hands on technical experience 

  • Previous experience leading and mentoring
