The IT Systems and back-up Administrator provides IT System administration activates for a range of relative IT equipment. In addition, the incumbent participates in the banks projects and drive missions in alignment with IT goals.

• Handle 2nd level support tickets for area of responsibility


• Pro-actively monitor and report incidents


• Ensure efficient capacity management is carried out


• Liaise with suppliers and 3rd party suppliers for issue resolution and procurement


• Participate in missions and projects related to the IT domain of activity


• Manage full life-cycle of product portfolio assignment


• Provide out-of-hours support and on-call as required

Professional experience:

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.

IT Skills:

Solid knowledge of IT domains including :

• Enterprise Backup systems


• Enterprise Storage and SAN networks


• IT security principals


• Hypervisor experience


• Windows, Linux

Education:

• Bachelors degree, CFC or equivalent in IT Computing


• ITIL certification or knowledge a plus

Language requirements:

• Fluent French and good English, strong writing skills in both languages
