Your tasks and responsibilities

• Manage projects to time, budget and scope


• Define resource requirements, gaps and contingency plans


• Establish project plans with TPL


• Drive project execution according to Engineering process


• Track and report projects according to quality standards


• Coordinates activities between the different groups/ functional areas


• Understand barriers, challenges and trade-offs


• Perform risk management


• Represent the Engineering team to customer, field representatives and management

Your education and experiences

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management in complex Semiconductor ICs projects in a multi-site environment


• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering / physics / optics or similar


• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing engineering programs with Tier 1 OEMs of Mobile/Consumer electronics


• Experience in HW/SW design, System-on-Chip architectures, optical sensors, MEMS sensors


• Proficient in English and German


• Deadline driven with a "Can do" attitude. Excellent communication skills. Team player
