Develop and execute therapy development strategy for TMTT in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an expert understanding of patient flow dynamics in key markets and look for opportunities to accelerate referrals for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from GCs/HF specialists to ICs for patients who need them.


• Design & implement targeted multi-channel campaigns, programs, and other initiatives to accelerate patient referrals, based on regional therapy development strategy.


• Monitor/measure local execution of campaigns & events; implement processes for ensuring continuous improvement of ROI


• Stay abreast of market dynamics and analytics (market size and trends, competitive situation, reimbursement,…)


• Develop deep relationships with key opinion leaders who specialize in SHD in the GC and HF fields


• Support local needs of the commercial and clinical teams in alignment with the referral marketing plan, including delivering field training and clinical marketing activities


• Other incidental duties

Education and Experience Requirements:

Recent experience in Cardiovascular heart failure space in pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.

Bachelor's Degree 10 years years experience of work experience required
Master's Degree or equivalent 8 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing required.
