You will contribute to the CSS Think Tank’s research, publications, events and political consultancy on topics related to cyber foreign and security policy, with a particular focus on the Swiss context. You will also publish articles in journals and edited volumes, represent the Center at international meetings and conferences, and engage with a broader public through talks and media contributions.
You have already gained experience in a think tank or similar setting. You have excellent knowledge of cyber foreign and security policy, which ideally includes experience in cyber dialogue and capacity building initiatives, and are highly motivated to contribute to debates and policy developments in this area. You have an M.A. or a Ph.D. in Political Science or a related discipline. You possess excellent analytical, writing, presentation and inter-personal skills that enable you to explain complexity to a variety of audiences and interact with diverse actors from the public and private spheres. You are fluent in German and English. Proficiency in French is an advantage.
