Ihre Tätigkeiten:  

• Unterstützung und Vertretung des Leiter Internal Sales


• Aktive Tätigkeit im Tagesgeschäft, kommerzielle Betreuung sowie telefonische Beratung bestehender und potenzieller Kunden


• Pflege/Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen, kaufm. Betreuung/Beratung der zugeteilten Kunden sowie die Erarbeitung von Angeboten und anschließender Angebotsverfolgung


• Kalkulation von Bestandsteilen, Durchsetzung der Preisstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst, sowie die Durchführung einer Vertragsüberprüfung


• Auftragsabwicklung von Kundenaufträgen und Terminverfolgung (z.B. Lieferpläne, Lieferplanpflege, Rahmenverträge, Einzelbestellungen inkl. Versendung der Auftragsbestätigung)


• Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Mängelrügen, Erfassen von Retouren, Gut- und Lastschriften


• Forderungsmanagement inklusive Klärung Faktura Vorrat, gesperrte Fakturen, Erstellen von Gut-/Lastschriften


• Pflegen von Stammdaten im SAP und CRM System


• Projektarbeit und Kundenbesuche


• Unterstützung des Vertriebsaußendienstes bei der Erstellung der operativen und strategischen Planung, Umsatz, Auftragsbestand, Auftragseingang, Gross Profit sowie Forecasts.

Ihr Profil:

• Technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis


• Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung und 4 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer vgl. Funktion


• Effiziente Arbeitstechnik und systematisches Vorgehen bei der Bearbeitung von Prozessschritten


• Fundierte Kenntnisse MS Office, CRM und SAP oder vergleichbare ERP Versionen


• Teamplayer (m/w/d)


• Versierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse, Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Disclosure and transfer of personal data

The personal data collected and processed through our career pages will be accessible only to selected Trelleborg employees or external recruiters selected by Trelleborg and for recruitment purposes only.
