Overview


The Circular Economy (CE) pillar is a key part of the Sustainable Development Strategy. The Intern will support the Sustainable Development team in analyzing trends to define the strategic and operational CE roadmaps for each market.

Responsibilities



  • Assess the quality of the data provided by production sites for the Group Sustainability Report

  • Gather and analyze business and market information related to the CE topic in all regions to define Circular Economy Roadmaps per market

  • Facilitate the dialogue between topic experts and coordinate the technical information exchange between different corporate functions

  • Evaluate improvement potential and spot the priority areas on each segment


Education/Qualifications



  • Fresh university graduate with Master´s degree or a last year student with technical or financial background


Experience



  • Experience in driving forward projects

  • Experience in stakeholder relations

  • Experience in the domain of sustainability for large organizations is a plus


Knowledge & Skills



  • Ability to work with numbers and large databases

  • Knowledge in quality assurance and process improvement

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail

  • Drive complex project forward and dive into the data

  • Business & Technical acumen

  • Team player
