Are you looking for a responsibility in risk mitigation of trade finance assets using the international bank and insurance market under, master participation agreements, insurance policies and bilateral agreements with investors? Then this is your opportunity!


 


We offer:



  • In our team, we originate secondary market trade related assets (mainly financial institution risk) for the book of the bank

  • Development and maintenance of relationships with investors and syndication partners (banks, insurers, brokers and funds) also through limited international travel activities 

  • Build up and maintain market intelligence in terms of pricing, products, distribution options, political and macroeconomic developments and monitor the activities of the competitors

  • We execute/book trade finance syndication transactions in the respective IT applications; monitoring of due dates, calculation and transferring of syndication risk premiums

  • Collaboration with internal business partners (credit risk management, relationship management, legal and compliance) and involvement in interesting projects (e.g. Fintech Collaborations)

You Offer

 

You offer: 



  • You possess a university degree-level education (or equivalent)

  • 5+ years of experience in the syndication, (commodity) trade finance or international lending business combined with a strong sales attitude and a proven track record of closing transactions

  • Strong paralegal contract law knowledge; basic accounting knowledge

  • Capability to build and maintain an international network of clients and business partners (mainly banks and insurance companies).

  • Strong communication skills and experience in liaising across departments teams 

  • Interest to be involved in projects as a subject matter expert

  • Flexible and reliable professional style; high quality in performing own tasks

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German; any other language is a big advantage
