  • A leadership position in the production services area of the bank’s strategic case manager application suite, with interfaces to the bank’s Strategic Data Platform (SDP - SFI/ pCloud )

  • E2E accountability for the production services provided to case manager application suite (ComSphere, RiskSphere)

You Offer

 

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role, including exposure to upper management

  • Proven track record in a complex production services environment, with a clear focus on production stability

  • Proven track record and intrinsic motivation in setting up effective operating models and maturing organizations in challenging environments, continuously seeking the improvement

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent team player, team builder, people coach, self-motivating

  • Good technical knowledge (e.g. Linux, Windows Server 10, Oracle, Java/ JRE, Splunk, DNS, Load Balancing), Hadoop or Foundry is an asset

  • Experience in an agile environment is an advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
