At a Glance:

The world’s fastest-growing sports brand is seeking a Product Manager to look after On Spotlight, our all-new and own built sell-in application. Based in Zurich, yet working with and visiting our globally spread team, our new Product Manager will be responsible for developing On Spotlight to become the ultimate digital sell-in tool. 

In this role you will be travelling as needed, up to 30 days a year.

Your Team:

You will be joining the Global Sales team which is at the heart of how we do sales at On: Working together closely with the regional sales teams and across functions, we deliver strategies, concepts and tools to elevate the brand experience delivered through sales - with the ultimate goal of growing our brand globally. 

Your Mission:

• Managing the app "On Spotlight" means you own its purpose and are responsible for ensuring it’s adding value to its team of users, the Sales Team - today and in the ever-changing future 


• Being closely connected with the global Sales Team, you’re aware of user’s needs. You collect, structure and prioritize anything from simple requirements up to big dreams, so together with the team you define how Spotlight is going to evolve 


• You work with our in-house Tech Team and external partners to continue developing Spotlight - be it smaller changes or big bet releases. You’re not a developer yourself, but you know how to speak top and work with them 


• You know that Spotlight’s value comes with its content, and you work with the cross-functional team on needs and timelines to ensure the availability of assets needed 


• Being responsible for learning and training around Spotlight, you champion that it is widely used and delivers happiness to its users 


• You seek out opportunities to bring Spotlight to places no one would it expect it to go and support having it add value beyond the sales organisation 

Your Story:

• 2-4 years of experience in product management in the field of mobile applications, ideally in a global sales or retail environment, preferably sports or fashion 


• You’re background isn’t Tech, but you’re beyond tech-savvy and have experience in digitizing processes and areas of business, from concept to roll-out 


• You thrive in an environment that requires you to be excellent in both, timely project management and attention to detail 


• You’re a great network builder and effectively connect with a diverse team of stakeholders. You speak both languages, the language of a Sales as well as a Tech team.


• You’re a care-taker, dedicated to over-delivering(y)our promise and a sense of WOW. Aligning expectations and ensuring smooth communication is fundamental to how you operate 


• You are fully fluent in English(written and spoken)
