  • A team of motivated subject matter experts to partner with to conduct requirement and gap analyses, identify risks of non-compliance, and provide advice and support to business and IT application owners 

  • Responsibility to apply monitoring and testing protocols to measure compliance with regulatory recordkeeping obligations across all divisions and locations globally

  • Authority as second line of defense regarding adequacy and effectiveness of RIM controls

  • Accountability to ensure RIM policies and requirements reflect the actual regulatory and business demands 

  • Close collaboration with General Counsel, Risk Management and other Compliance Officers

  • An international team that passionately strives for excellence regarding information management and supports one another to achieve it


You Offer

 

  • At least 3 years working experience in an information governance, compliance, risk management or audit role ideally with strong testing and monitoring know-how

  • A solid understanding of records and information management

  • Ability to communicate, negotiate and network effectively on all organizational levels as well as within a multi-cultural environment 

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who is able to prioritize multiple tasks and concurrent activities

  • General IT know-how as well as strong Excel knowledge to process large data sets

  • Excellent team spirit, the ability to work under pressure and with flexibility

  • Strong written and oral interpersonal skills in English; German is considered as a strong plus

  • Perseverance and aspiration for continuous learning combined with a forward-thinking personality
