We Offer

 

  • The outstanding opportunity to join our global Advisory Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) group located in Zurich!

  • While reporting directly to the Head of International Wealth Management (IWM) FCC you will ensure alignment to all Global Advisory & Standards across International Financing Group (IFG) all businesses including Ship, Aviation & Yacht, Export and Real Estate Finance. 

  • Act as the single point of contact for IFG in handling the financial crime program, maintaining a view of relevant risks and raise client-related financial crime risks.

  • Advice on the implementation of minimum standards being executed by the in-country Compliance Officers/MLRO’s

  • Work with the senior management on IFG business including FCC risks, results of relevant Risk Assessment (RA), and stay in close contact to the Audit and Controls Testing & Assurance team

  • Represent IFG in supervisory and governance forums, use your domain expertise in related working groups and thereby you will be able to build up your internal network

  • Use your expertise to identify and assess developments in legal and regulatory requirements affecting the specific market area

You Offer

 

  • A University degree or an equivalent education in a Finance or Law-related area

  • At least 10 years of working experience gathered in a function within an international banking / financial service environment.

  • Solid experience in leading Global / Regional FCC program combined with highly motivation to contribute your experience to improve our programs.

  • Apart from your further experience in control framework design you are fully conversant with regional FCC regulatory regimes and requirement.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English - and ideally German - enable you to collaborate with business partners from various locations and diverse group of backgrounds.

  • Expertise in handling legal restrictions in different countries as well as an in-depth knowledge of the variance in financial crime risk profile across each of the relevant jurisdictions in IWM

  • Strong analytical skills provide you with a deep understanding of new technologies and their impact on customer / client service demands of a bank.
