IT Service Owner Global CRM

The IT Service Owner for the Global CRM is responsible to operate this new system within the defined SLA, including understanding and tracking the service dependencies. He/she is the first point of contact for all service lifecycle related questions. During the introduction and rollout of the Global CRM solution, the IT Service Owner ensures that it complies to the non-functional expectations that exist for business-critical applications.

IHRE AUFGABEN


Change the Bank: 



  • Support the impact analysis of new requirements on the application

  • Support the creation of solution designs

  • Define and implement operations tasks for the application

  • Coordination of deployments into test and prod environments 

  • Environment management, setup of deployment automation, continuous integration

  • Implementation of non-functional changes to IT Services: support extension of service portfolio, improve operations, increase service levels, reduce cost (corrective, adaptive, perfective, preventive)

  • Definition of test cases and execution of tests for the NFRs


Run the Bank: 



  • Ownership of the operational side of the Global CRM solution: manage provider, contracts and licenses, maintain IT documentation, maintain the Service Asset & Configuration management

  • Continuously improve the service availability, performance, capacity & knowledge management

  • Manage required people capacity, manage cost actuals versus budget for maintenance and lifecycle

  • Monitoring of system performance and availability (SLA, OLA)

  • Handling of 3rd level support incidents and requests

  • Lifecycle management and IT Service Roadmap

  • Provide ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) and assist in Disaster Recovery tests

  • Write detailed documentation for the operation of the application

  • Execute required audits, controls, annual risk assessment and manage related risk mitigations and actions


IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN



  • Proven expert knowledge and several years of professional experience in JAVA, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL: Either as Developer or Deployment/Release Expert or as 3rd Level Supporter

  • Experience in application management (lifecycle, maintenance, operation) and enforcing mature and stable application operation in an environment, where agile projects continuously extend the application under high pressure

  • Understanding of Client Relationship Management and Client Data Management systems and processes in the banking industry

  • Strong in managing of incidents and in tracking of KPIs, benchmarks (in doing as role-model, delegation and promoting internally)

  • Good understanding of MQ-communication, REST-services, Web-services, Spring Boot, React, Kerberos

  • Understanding of software development / customization processes

  • Highly structured, able to address options and underlying evaluation

  • Able to collaborate, listen and exchange ideas

  • Preferably good coordination and communication skills

  • Excellent command in English, German would be a plus
