On behalf of our international client, a fast developing and dynamic company in the financial industry, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Officer as soon as possible. Job Description



  • Provide Program PMO expertise to programs and large projects

  • Integrate and lead the program office and support the program head in governance, planning, reporting and steering of the program

  • Bring in expertise in project methodology to programs in Business Transformation

  • Define and develop together with the PMO team the framework of standards and tools to be implemented in all supported programs / projects

  • Ensure the reporting structure in programs and provides status reports to various stakeholder groups and decision bodies including costs, timeline, risks, issues and dependencies.

  • Financial planning and controlling of the program

  • Requirements management and demand process management within the program

  • Internal communication to program stakeholders and decision bodies in alignment with change manager

  • Lead the Risk management process of the program

  • Capacity planning of the program resources

  • Manage program meetings

  • Provide guidance and directions to the program team

  • Consolidate roadmaps of the program for Senior Management

Qualifications and skills



  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar

  • +5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Banking or Financial industry

  • Project Management skills

  • Extensive knowledge in project management tools

  • Strong organizational skills and structured workstyle

  • Excellent English and German language skills, French and Italian are a plus

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Analytical and problem solving skills
