Digital Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:



  • Management of Digital mailbox and action any required items

  • Manage operational digital requests

  • Experience with content management systems; working with Drupal is an advantage

  • Advanced experience in web design

  • HTML and CSS knowledge; working with Bootstrap front-end framework is a plus

  • Manage creation of new web pages for fund launches; maintenance of existing product pages

  • Manage all updates to fund shareclasses

  • Publish all updates to legal documents on the website

  • Test new tools as part of the MarTech stack maturity

  • Communicate to the broader marketing team regarding updates and work in progress


Key Skills & Experience:



  • 3+ years’ experience in Digital operations and Digital Marketing, ideally in the financial industry (or other regulated environments)

  • Experience in working on web projects and web publishing, B2B experience is an advantage

  • Strong project management and process skills

  • Experience in marketing automation and data driven marketing, including content customisation and A/B testing

  • Experience in working with digital marketing tools such as the Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce Marketing- and Salescloud as well as data visualization tools like Tableau, Datorama or Google Studio

  • Robust communication skills

  • Strong team player with experience in an international environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in English, German is an advantage
