Create process transparency by identification of process costs and its primary drivers
Develop and design standardized and balanced solutions
Drives and supports process simulations
Asses performance using reports with thresholds
Supports financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
Proactively identify opportunities and risks, to be communicated to process owners
Required qualifications
Experienced in analysis & design of processes
Service-oriented, independent work
PC skills (SAP, Office)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Preferred qualifications
Lean & Six Sigma skills
Advanced modelling is a plus (programming and mathematical models)
