Event Marketing Specialist (Temporary)

For our team in Zurich, we are looking for a senior marketing specialist for our Platform and Services client unit with the flair and motivation to continuously improve the end-to-end client and brand experience. You would be part of a highly motivated, hard-working and committed "Marketing & Analytics" team that is open to new ideas and curious about what you have to offer.

Your opportunity

• Implement the event strategy and corresponding event quality standards


• Event coordination with all internal stakeholders


• Implement and control a selected event portfolio for existing customer segments and for the acquisition of new customer (ROI tracking and reporting)


• Take responsibility for the management and optimal use of the event budget


• Coordinate the core content and messages as well as creation of content for various event formats (including definition of internal and external keynote speakers)


• coordinate content activation through appropriate internal and external channels to increase brand awareness and generate qualified event leads


• Support the relationship managers in the event-related "after sales" process


• Monitor and incorporate new trends in the event, sponsorship and hospitality sector, new event formats (digital, hybrid), as well as actively introducing new platform ideas and formats


• Analyze and define segment-specific client journeys and event-related touch points


• Coordinate external service providers such as agencies, event material producers, hotels, technicians etc.

 

Requirements:

• Education in marketing, event management and communication


• Professional experience in event management & partnerships, including several years in financial services


• Excellent organizational skills and project experience


• Excellent language skills - both oral and written - in German and English, other languages would be an advantage
