In this position, you work for the Quality Management department and report to the Head of Quality System. You ensure Third Party, CMO and Affiliate Quality Compliance Management for OM Pharma (qualification, auditing, quality agreements, and changes). This role is accountable for inspection readiness of affiliates and partners were OM Pharma is MAH. Your main tasks are the following:

• Ensure and maintain qualification of partners and third parties


• Ensure internal and external audits with key partners, suppliers and affiliates


• Create, maintain and approve quality technical agreements and all quality documents with partners or third parties.


• Manage changes related to third parties, CMOs and partners


• Ensure and monitor implementation of changes at CMOs and partners


• Ensure inspection readiness for affiliate and partners where OM is MAH


• Primary contact person for partners / CMO in all quality related topics


• Participate to business review with key suppliers / CMOs / partners


• Create and maintain a collaborative work environment with partners and Third Parties


• Ensure that Quality framework of projects is clearly defined and compliant with existing regulations


• Act as key interface of Quality Management in projects (Third parties and compliance projects)

For this challenging position, we are looking for a rigorous and solution-oriented person bringing the following profile: 

• University degree as Pharmacist, Biochemist, Chemist or similar


• Ideally 5 years’ experience in a quality assurance or Third Party function within the pharmaceutical industry


• Strong knowledge of the GMP guidelines’ compliance (GXP.ICH,Ph,Eur,..) and the GDP guidelines


• Confirmed experience as quality auditor


• Experience in the management of CMOs or major suppliers


• Agreeing to travel to different countries of the world to carry out the audits (20-25% of the time)


• Fluent in French and English both in oral and written conversation

You feel comfortable to work and develop good relations with cross functional stakeholders with your strong communication skills. You have a strong team spirit and are very organized. You are able to work autonomously with a constructive, critical mindset while keeping your work organized. Based on your structured approach you have strong decision making skills and you are accountable for them.
