As Senior Project Manager within our Group HR Operational Simplification team, you will contribute to the digital transformation of our HR function supporting our evolving global business and people strategy.


 


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


You will be a key player participating in the design of our worldwide digital transformation strategy and the implementation of our digital roadmap across the Group aiming to elevate our people’s experience and take our operational excellence into the future.


 


Your mission is to lead impactful and innovative HR projects across all phases, from conception through management and operationalization. You will also initiate and coordinate change and enhancement processes and play a role of integrator in transversal end-to-end transformation projects.


 


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?


You will be successful on our journey if you have 7+ years of experience in consulting and project management with a master’s degree.


 


You have a sound knowledge of transformation, change management and a clear understanding of strategic HR issues.


 


You are enthusiasm for digitalization and IT topics paired with a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatic action and results orientation. Ideally, you already have experiences in the consumerization of HR technology and the implementation of AI driven HR tools.


 


You have the courage to develop and share trend-setting unconventional ideas, to put thoughts in the right context and connect the dots. You stand out as a strong team player and recognized for openness, sociability and assertiveness allowing to navigate well in a complex multi-cultural environment and through uncertain times.
