The Position:

• Support of intercompany supply chain projects in following areas:

  
  
  
  

  • Intercompany supply chain flows

  
  

  • Documentation of business models

  
  

  • Operational pricing and controlling

  
  

  • ERP / SAP systems

  
  

• Support the implementation of new processes and the improvement of existing ones with the aim to increase quality, compliance, simplification, efficiency and effectiveness




• Develop documentation materials to build stakeholder buy in and gain support for decisions and/or the implementation of new processes




• Other special projects and duties will be assigned as need arises

Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities:

• Work closely with the different stakeholders ensuring that appropriate project management methodology is applied regarding the different project phases and deliverables




• Support the teams in setting up proper communication to the different stakeholders and make use of all communication channels (G site, Google Current, newsletters, etc.)

• Strong analytical thinking skills


• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with both internal and external collaborators


• Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders


• High sense of responsibility and integrity


• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)


• You are currently enrolled as a BA/MA/PhD student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months)

Start date: March 2021

Workload: 100%

Duration: 6 months (can be longer)
