In order to strengthen our teams for our current projects, we are looking for a Preclinical Scientist. In this position, you will work in the OM Pharma Preclinical team on our biotech production site in Meyrin. You will ensure follow-up and contact with external stakeholders to ensure Senior Preclinical Scientist needs are delivered on time and are of high quality time Scientific. You will also ensure documentation and filling of preclinical studies. 

Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Assist Senior Preclinical Scientist on external studies on OM Brands conducted by academic or CRO


• Filing and review of legal documents: Collaborative Agreement, Master Service Agreement, Notice of Commission,…


• Filing, review and control of scientific documents: protocols, reports,…


• Manage the electronic classification of non-clinical documentation and archiving


• Organize OM Brands shipment to academics, CROs, partners…


• Follow up and control of data, update needs necessary to support OM functions (RA, Clinical, QM, MKT, MA…)


• Review monthly scientific bulletin


• Literature update (learning and use of OM Pharma research platform) 

For this position, we are looking for a person with strong analytical skills, scientific mindset and structured reasoning with the following profile: 

• University degree (MSc, engineer or PhD) in life sciences, biology, immunology, cell biology, biochemistry, pharmacology or equivalent


• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position


• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development, quality and regulatory is a plus 


• Experience in conducting, performing and/or interpreting data from experimental studies


• Experience in revising and editing of executive summary of research results


• Very good knowledge of the French and English languages, both written and spoken.
