Liebherr Machines Bulle SA is the centre of excellence for combustion engines (diesel and gas engines) and hydraulic components. The company develops and produces various products which are used in the fields of building construction and civil engineering, mining, agriculture, decentralised energy, machine and plant engineering, as well as aerospace

Responsibilities

• In this position you will be responsible for the execution of test activities, from the definition of the test procedure to evaluate exhaust aftertreatment system (EATS) components on the test bench


• Your scope of responsibility comprises the troubleshooting of the EATS system, including the definition of diagnostic and corrective actions and the validation of new SW functions


• The calibration of EATS components, together with dataset management, is part of your daily job


• Additionally, you will inform the Technical Expert about technical, resource and schedule related issues


• Finally, you will carry out component analysis, writing of testing procedures, as well as the EATS inventory management

Requirements

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a technician (f/m/d), have a degree in mechanical engineering (f/m/d), are a certified diagnostician (f/m/d) or can present an equivalent qualification


• You have at least 3 years of in-depth experience in the field of EATS development, including calibration and test bench activities


• You have acquired in-depth knowledge of MS-Office and the Integrated Calibration and Application Tool (INCA)


• Additionally, you possess fluent proficiency in French, German or English


• Your personality is characterized by resilience, flexibility, a teamplayer attitude and good communication skills


• Besides you have good analytical and problem solving skills, and are comfortable with occasional business trips
