Your role

We are looking for a Global LMS (Learning Management System) Manager & Training specialist who will maintain the CSOD LMS and manage the ongoing validations. Another task of this position is the execution of the Corporate Trainee Program as well as other training projects. IT affinity, training design skills as well as fluency in English are essential. Experience in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment is a strong advantage.

 

Your main responsibilities and opportunities



  • Leading the system maintenance and operations support (2nd level support)

  • Work with LMS provider for validation of quarterly releases and new system specifications

  • Communicate with various internal clients to define requirements for training reports

  • Coordinate and support the local LMS training administrators

  • Work with subject matter experts and use instructional design principles to create and deploy effective e-learning solutions using an authoring tool (easygenerator)

  • Deal with external training providers to create attractive learning solutions

  • Execute and adapt the current Corporate Trainee Programme

  • Work on interesting new L&D projects

  • Close cooperation with HRIS/HRMS manager as well as global IT and Quality

  • Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Development

  • Travel: ca. 20 %

 

Your profile



  • BA degree in HR, psychology, pedagogics (or equivalent)

  • Experienced in the management of an LMS, preferably CSOD, in a global pharmaceutical / life science company

  • Multiple years of experience in training or instructional design

  • Affinity for HR systems, cooperates easily with the IT and Quality functions

  • Project Management skills

  • Understanding of GxP methodology would be a benefit

  • Open communicator and sensitive in dealing with different cultures

  • Fluency in English is a must, German and/or other languages a plus
