As Healthcare IT Consultant for Medtronic CRM Patient Management You will provide daily interactions to deploy the CareLink SmartSync Device Manager System of Medtronic CRM EMEA Organization. The CareLink SmartSync Device Manager is the new CRM Global solution that programs the BlueSync family of Cardiac Implantable Devices at both implantation and follow-up visits.
You will work in close collaboration with the local CRM Country Field organization at Customer sites in Switzerland and deliver deployment support for the IT components of the SmartSync System. You will connect with Customer IT Stakeholders in the Hospitals and align on implementation, test connectivity, deploy and train the Customers.
You will execute on local business plans, coordinated with the CRHF BU and SHQ Tolochenaz organization, to achieve full target account deployment of the SmartSync Solution in Hospitals.
A day in your life
Connect and build partnership with local Country CRM Field Team in Switzerland
Take on responsibility for implementation of Hardware (tablets), Software and connectivity at Customer Sites.
Connect with IT Stakeholders in the Hospitals, clarify and overcome any technical issues and create a plan for implementation with the CRM Field team
Support IT Stakeholders in case of any technical questions
Test connectivity in the Hospitals; Wifi & data sharing
Validate the installed or delivered SmartSync Device Manager solution
Test and implement printing functionality
Deliver Customer technical training face to face
Support Go-live and ensure project plans and KPI’s are updated
Support ordering & contracting processes together with local CRM Field Team
Work closely with SHQ & Country CRM Field Team to drive account project plans and ensure account target pipeline is planned and phased
Build relationships with target accounts, understand their needs and priorities and support local Field Team to identify new Business opportunities
Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth deployment and ongoing support handover to Tech Services European Operations Center
Coordinate the solution delivery to ensure that planned business outcomes are met for the customer and Medtronic
Be a part of a virtual International Team to support and help colleagues across borders in EMEA
Manage existing clients through full implementation process to go-live, ensure satisfaction and full system usability & availability
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree or similar education
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in training and education or workflow consulting in healthcare, software or consulting industries (1-year experience with Master's degree)
Good common understanding of IT Infrastructure, Security and Data Privacy requirements in a regulated environment
Experience with project management working with individuals across multiple levels and roles within an organization
Training experience of non-technical & technical Customers
Fluency German, French, and English
Nice to have
Track record of experience delivering or supporting IT Infrastructure in Hospitals
Project Management skills
Experience as an IT Consultant and/or Pre-sales
Experience using Customer Relationship Management-systems and Service Support platforms
