Your contribution to KPMG

• Plan, execute and coordinate the audits by partnering with a cross discipline team to guide the audits from strategy through completion


• Build and maintain technology enabled project management solutions to streamline day-to-day engagement execution, coordination and budgeting efforts


• Oversee the collection of information from internal and external stakeholders to make sure that all parties are on track with engagement milestones, including the facilitation of status updates throughout the project life cycle


• Oversight for engagement budgets and billings, including identify and communicate budget issues and understand the impact on audit engagement economics


• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaborative and transparent communication


• Responsible for the on-boarding of new team members


• Identify process and performance improvement opportunities


• Contribute to the establishment and refinement of workstreams, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results and a differentiated client experience

This is what makes you successful

• Bachelor's Degree


• Minimum of three years of professional project management experience, including the management of large-scale projects


• Fluency in English and German


• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)


• Experience with data modeling and visualization tools (Microsoft Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)


• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.


• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through


• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines


• Excellent relationship management skills, ability to multitask, and advanced communication skills with the ability to tailor to various audiences and influence outcomes


• Experience building collaborative environments, teaming cultures, and customer service mindset among project teams


• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments


• Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
