  • An interesting position within the SUB (Swiss Universal Bank) Chief Compliance Officer COO function as Senior Program and Business Manager in Zurich

  • The Portfolio of programs and projects are typically transformational in nature, global, technically challenging and diverse in scope

  • You will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of the CCO Book of Work items which help to shape the SUB Compliance function

  • You partner with other areas within Compliance and risk to ensure that we deliver state of the art changes to the function – aiming to prepare our teams for future endeavors

  • Constant interaction with the senior management as well as active collaboration with interfaces, surrounded by insights into various functions of the Risk Division and the ability to broaden your network

  • We are open for flexible / agile working


 


You Offer

 

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management within a Financial Services firm or a leading consulting firm covering the financial services sector

  • Excellent track record and experience with Compliance activities and a strong track record in relation to Compliance, ideally in a transformational role

  • Experience with technical program implementation

  • Ability to interact with and manage both working and senior partners in a diverse cultural context

  • Ability to lead business management processes, be attentive to details and understand the interaction within a large and complex firm

  • Convincing presentation skills paired with a firm written and verbal communication

  • Very good MS Office skills

  • Qualification of higher education in technology/business/economics – with a focus on Compliance appreciated

  • You are comfortable with your command of German and English (spoken and written)
