Sales Analyst (all genders, 80-100%)

In this position you will support the Head of Revenue Management in guiding the activities of our Sales Channels. You will be an integral part of implementing Mammut’s new Strategy by means of Data Driven Decision making. We are looking for a profile with strong business acumen and analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively support the sales channels with analysis, reports and strategic project development, reports and development


• Identify and highlight sales trends to suggest and take actions based on the results


• Support the organization with insights and analysis to optimize our business, for example in order management, inventory management, WHS operation process


• Understand sales channel specific KPIs to derive business initiatives


• Define and implement a framework for tracking sales per channel


• Coordinate and measure the implementation of Mammut’s new Commercial Strategy.


• Design, build & develop appropriate reports


• Identify financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts


• Collaborate with other departments to review financial models and forecasts


• Work together with our local teams on forecasting and budgeting

Skills requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in any field or similar education


• 3 years’ experience from sales and/or controlling, preferably in outdoor / sports industry


• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)


• Proficiency in English & German


• Experience with Power BI is a benefit


• Possess a developed analytical skill and is capable of working with diverse and unstructured data.


• Ability to turn data into insights and actions


• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment and to build strong relationships across the business


• Be highly motivated, driven and willing to make a difference and challenge the Status Quo


• You should be an outdoor enthusiast and enjoy spending time in the mountains
