Mammut Sports Group is global leader in Avalanche Safety. As our new Head of Avalanche Safety you are responsible for the strategic and operative development of this category. You benefit from a great team in an international enviroment with a passion for nature and outdoor sports.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the Avalanche Safety team


• Responsible for the assortment strategy, according to revenue, margin goals and our brand strategy


• Steering the product life cycle process and implementing the assortment into line management and content tools


• Executing market- and competitor analysis, sales-, revenue- and margin analysis and taking conclusions out of feedbacks from the consumers


• Oversees development process according to our company goals


• Technology-, innovation- and production methods screening


• Presentations and clinics at sales meetings, meetings with key accounts and events


• Supporting sourcing in vendor allocation and price negotiations


• Establishing and maintaining a network in the snow safety community

Skills requirements:

• Higher Business or technical education (University or HF)


• Proofen experience in Product- and Project Management


• Knowledge and network skills in the international sports / outdoor market


• conceptional way of working with an analytical mindset


• Strong presentation and communications skills


• Passion about back country snow sports


• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills and experience with a PLM system


• Professional English Know-how, other languages are an advantage
