Marketing and Processes Manager (all genders, 80-100%)
In this position you are part of the Marketing Operations department and will guide our "Go to Market" process. We are looking for a communicative and passionate team player who can join us from February 2021.
Key responsibilities:
Managing and continuously improving the "Go to Market" process for the marketing side of it
Ensuring on-time-in-full execution and delivering of all milestones and corresponding outputs
Maintaining and coordinating all necessary communication channels
Ensuring a transparent communication and information within Brand & Consumer department on the individual process steps and status quo
Data management and documentation
Managing all internal stakeholders: Product, Commercial, Operations and Brand & Consumer teams
Project Management and -support within Marketing Operations
Skills requirements:
Commercial education with further training in marketing (price, product, place, promotion)
Experienced in managing different stakeholders
Understanding the business process of an outdoor brand
Strong project management skills and end-to-end thinking
High process management skills
Passionate networker with a hands-on mentality
Good knowledge in MS Office
Professional German and English Know-how
Passionate about the mountains and outdoorsports in general
