To strengthen our Operations team located in Cham, Switzerland, we are seeking an Operational Analyst to commence on March 1st 2021 or by agreement. In this role you are a key member of the operations team supporting data management, ad hoc reporting, business processes, and problem resolution. You will work closely with the Operational Manager to ensure integrity of the data systems. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.

How you’ll make a difference

• Monitor Data Accuracy in Oracle ERP system


• Responsible for verifying, organizing, and filing International paperwork


• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  
  
  
  • Manage cost updates for all EU warehouse locations
  
  
  • Analyze and review existing cost data to ensure system accuracy
  
  
  • Maintenance of price lists
  
  
  • Additional ad hoc reports as needed
  
  


• Act as backup for various tasks when needed / Be a team player


• Support for Logistics
  
  
  
  • Execute Product Transfers
  
  
  • Communicate Shipping instructions to external Vendors / Century
  
  


• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

What you need to win

• 2+ years of experience in the field of Accounting and / or Operations


• Managing multiple demanding tasks simultaneously


• Strategic thinker with great attention to detail


• Autonomous and self-motivated way of working


• Capability in problem solving and meeting tight deadlines


• Strong team orientation and ability to adapt


• Willingness to meet challenges with a proactive, positive and energetic mindset


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


• Experience in Oracle a plus


• Excellent English and good German skills (written and spoken)
