The Technical Operations Associate (TOA) support Manufacturing activities such as initiate and monitor documentation including Guides, SOPs, Work Instructions and others, makes revisions to recipes, both in DCS and MES, including parameters, resource text (RTE text) and resource groups. In addition, the TOA support the Manufacturing process and represents it in cross functional groups (Investigating & Troubleshooting discrepancies on the floor, implementing corrective actions, identifies improvement opportunities for Manufacturing). Furthermore, part of the responsible activities is supporting trainings of the Manufacturing staff by writing, editing or designing training materials. Collection of data, data analysis etc. belongs to small projects, which the TOA also supports.

If you are holding a Bachelor's degree a minimum of 1 year of professional experience is needed. If you are having a technical education, several years of practical experience in the relevant field is required. The following experience / skills are needed: detail oriented, excellent documentation skills, troubleshooting abilities, solid knowledge of business and manufacturing processes, solid understanding of QA an cGMP principles, basic understanding of the roles of various functional groups, technical writing skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as excellent communication skills.
