Job Description
The Partnership Account Manager play an important role in by
being a key point of contact and acting as a relationship manager of existing partnerships with financial data
providers, index providers, stock exchanges and credit rating agencies. Working together with Head of
Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution, the Partnership Account Manager will also be responsible for
origination of business with partners through up-selling and cross-selling working closely with other
departments in RepRisk. The Partnership Account Manager is part of our global Sales & Marketing division
and reports to the Head of Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
▪ Manage a portfolio of partners of existing partners and proactively engage, nurture, and grow partner
relationships in line with the RepRisk Partner Journey
▪ Support by
maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk
▪ Carry out a variety of operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a partner relationship

▪ Coordinating RepRisk
responsible action items related to contracts, sales processes and promotional
activities, as well as data delivery and support
▪ Grow existing and new business via partners, working closely together with Head of Partnerships and


▪ Support business development opportunities working closely with Sales, CRM, Products & Technology,
and Research.


Candidate Profile
You are self-starter, structured, and have demonstrated ability to deliver on various tasks in a timely and
efficient manner through studies and initial work experience. Moreover, you take pride in delivering quality
in your work, meeting expected deadlines, and bringing tasks to a successful conclusion with an attention to
detail. The position requires good tactical skills as well as significant business acumen and communication,
as well as flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
You thrive in a front-facing role where you can combine interest in commercial discussions, while growing
relationships over time. You are expected to be able to work confidently with a variety of software and digital
applications and have an understanding of the financial market and the various financial industry players.


Education and Experience
▪ A Master
within subjects related to Business, Commerce, Financial Services, Management, or
PR/ Communications
▪ 3+ years professional experience in a front-facing account management role or similar
▪ Analytical and structured thinker, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution
▪ Strong communicator with excellent oral and written English skills, additional languages a plus.
