The Corporate Communications Team (CorCom) is responsible to manage and maintain METTLER TOLEDO corporate messaging and language globally, train and consult internal clients in all aspects of Corporate Writing and Corporate Language. 

In order to strengthen our Group Communications management team at our global Headquarters in Greifensee, Switzerland, we seek a Corporate Communications Manager 100% (f/m/d) with an entrepreneurial, agile, and creative mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Deputy to manage CorCom team and further develop a global network of communicators 


• Lead CorCom projects and manage the project portfolio (resources, demand, time schedules) 


• Consult clients in all aspects of corporate writing, corporate language, and translations 


• Manage METTLER TOLEDO corporate language, train and consult units on Corporate Writing Guidelines implementation 


• Optimize CorCom workflows and evaluate respective tools/solutions 


• Support the Head of CorCom to evolve the translation service delivery to bring efficiencies of both process and use of AI-assisted technology 


• Coordinate and manage productions of Group publications, such as Company Highlights, Corporate Responsibility Report, CEO Employee Communications, Amazing Solutions stories, Global News, etc. 


• Drive digital transformation and digital first approach of Group publications 


• Support the Head of CorCom to drive Group-level employee communications in multidisciplinary teams (IT, HR, Legal, and CorCom) to support employee engagement 


• Manage vendor relationships
  

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in communication science, communication technologies, digital marketing, or business related field


• Minimum of five years' experience in corporate communications within a high tech or manufacturing industry of an international matrix corporation 


• Experience in implementing translation automation solutions (digital mindset)


• Excellent project management and change communication skills is a must 


• Highly empathic leader driving results with mind and heart; ability to apply creative leadership skills to motivate and engage the teams and employees 


• You have the ability to simplify complex topics, influence and persuade across all levels of the organization and use the highest level of discretion in handling confidential and restricted information


• Excellent communication skills in English (native speaker preferred) with German fluency a plus
