Ihre Aufgaben

• As sales manager for new technologies and processes (m/f) in our central sales department you will be responsible for coordinating strategic alignment with our current product teams and our advanced development group with a focus on emerging technologies
  


• You will evaluate and assess market, growth and cooperation opportunities in terms of financial benefit, strategic value, risk and feasibility
  


• Beyond that, you will be responsible for effectively project managing the implementation of our new CRM tool
  


• Therefore, you will coordinate requirements with all interface departments and project leads, drive process harmonization and manage the CRM implementation project timeline & budget
  


• You generate inputs for business opportunities from the market model and evaluate the attractiveness of projects, as well as creating relevant evaluation processes and standards
  


• You coordinate all acquisition activities with our project team including preparation of project offers and customer visits
  


• Overall, you will drive process and tool progression and promote and apply strong change management methodology

Ihr Profil

• You have a degree in engineering, business management or international management
  


• You have professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a series production environment of mechatronic systems such as powertrain, steering, brakes, transmission or similar components
  


• You are a dynamic, solution-oriented and creative personality and enjoy working in a team
  


• You posses excellent communication skills and strong customer engagement and negotiation skills
  


• In addition to German, you can also express yourself confidently in English. Further languages are benificial


• You are a keen international traveler
