Liebherr Machines Bulle SA is the centre of excellence for combustion engines (diesel and gas engines) and hydraulic components. The company develops and produces various products which are used in the fields of building construction and civil engineering, mining, agriculture, decentralised energy, machine and plant engineering, as well as aerospace.

The missions

• Amelioration of the quality of the development process (e.g. improvement and standardization of existing documentation, "Quality-Gate" form templates, quality guidelines and instructions, etc.)


• Contribution to the spreading the ISO 9001:2015 and/or EN 9100:2018 culture


• Product quality assurance through machining and assembly processes directly on the production site


• Support to the quality controller during audits (processes, products and workstations)


• Support during the introduction and monitoring of corrective measures defined during these audits


• Support during the monitoring of problem solving actions (8D, 5-why, SHAINING, etc.) related to internal/external complaints


• Support to the statistical analysis of quality KPI indicators

Profil

• Student at a Technical High School or equivalent education


• Basic knowledge of the main quality tools (8D, SHAINING, ISHIKAWA, FMEA, 5S, 5WHY)


• Good knowledge in French and English, German is a plus


• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)


• You are autonomous, able to work in a team and have a sens of responsibility


• You are proactive and have analytical skills
