We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Business Consultant to join our Business Transformation Team in Zurich (80% to 100%). You will work in an inspiring and varied environment for our clients in the wealth management, banking and insurance sector, operating both locally and internationally.

Ideally you bring the following qualifications:

• A university degree in business administration, economics, engineering, computer sciences, natural sciences or social sciences (ETH, HSG, other universities)


• At least five years of professional experience as a management consultant or as a project manager with a bank, wealth management firm, or an insurer


• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  
  
  
  • Risk data aggregation and risk reporting frameworks with a focus on system design and regulatory requirements (BCBS 239)
  
  
  • Data management (data strategy, data governance, solution design), particularly in metadata management, data lineage and data quality management
  
  
  • Other fintech-related regulatory topics
  
  
  • Project management
  
  


• Strong client focus


• Ability to communicate professionally and convincingly at all hierarchical levels


• Technical affinity and a strong passion for digitization


• A very structured and precise working method as well as excellent analytical skills


• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
