To support this mission, you will be working closely with the Senior HR Partner in the day-to-day operations and L&D projects. This newly created position is the opportunity to join a growing company in a challenging and fast paced environment.


 


Job Description



  • Act as the main point of contact for L&D queries from employees and managers

  • Maintain accurate records of L&D activities, issue any needed documentation

  • Track L&D budget and costs

  • Provide support in the planning and communication of L&D events

  • Collect training feedback and provide improvement's recommendations

  • Manage e-learning platforms and provide reporting on attendance and usage

  • Review and implement new L&D policies and procedures

  • Create a yearly regulatory training plan to comply with legal requirements and follow up attendance

  • Organize and improve the onboarding training program for new employees in coordination with the internal trainers

  • Liaise with 3rd party training providers for L&D activities organization and partnership’s renewal

  • Research learning and development practices and tools to provide support to employees and managers in order to meet their development needs

  • Maintain and develop your knowledge on the last L&D practices to make recommendations to enrich our offer

  • Support L&D manager in diverse L&D projects


Qualifications



  • Bachelor degree preferably in HR, Business Administration or Hospitality Management

  • Professional FSEA certification or eager to pass it

  • Proven first experience in a similar position

  • Good knowledge of the Swiss learning landscape and regulations

  • Interest in new L&D technologies

  • Practical experience with MS Office (specifically Excel)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Autonomous and ability to manage priorities

  • Solid analytical skills and solution oriented

  • Fluent in English and French
