Senior Client Portfolio Manager - Specialist Equities

In this position you will join our Specialist Equities team, which has grown rapidly in recent years in terms of assets, strategies and number of clients. To sustain such growth we are looking for an individual with deep knowledge of the equity market and affinity with ESG to communicate our passion of equity investing to our global client base.


Your role



  • Representing the “Global utilities” and “Family” investment teams to clients globally.

  • Communicating with the media and writing thought-leadership pieces.

  • Explaining the investment theme value proposition and its positioning. Providing content (e.g. presentations, brochures, RFPs). Helping develop our extra-financial and impact framework.

  • Actively contributing to investment meetings.

  • Acting as a link between investment teams and the rest of the organisation, providing updates through the available communication channels.

  • Keeping track of the competitive offering and performing comparative analyses.

  • Helping track and catalyse Engagement with portfolio holdings.


Your profile



  • Highly self-motivated, able to multitask and do work at the last minute under pressure.

  • Master’s degree level of education – CFA a plus.

  • Over 10 years’ working experience, including more than 5 years in equity investment (as an analyst, PM or risk manager).

  • Keen interest in ESG investing and the curiosity to keep up to date with the latest developments in Impact investing.

  • Affinity to develop impactful presentations (flow, content and design).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (able to ‘read’ clients and connect); team player.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and preferably another two languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish or Japanese).

  • Position ideally based in Geneva (must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate). London based with regular travel to Geneva could be considered.

  • Happy to travel globally.
