Migrate the existing In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Circuit Test (FCT) programs from the old test platforms to the Teradyne TestStation platform
Design the hardware of the test systems (jigs, fixtures, loadboards, wiring, mechanics)
Implement the test programs of our new PCBAs
Release and install the new test solutions at the subcontractors
Document the test programs and processes (test specifications, release procedures, instructions)
Drive continuous improvement of the current test programs and processes in production
Analyze the test data and create reports
Purchase the test equipment and components with Oracle
Requirements:
Bsc/Msc degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or similar education
2+ years of experience in programming In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Circuit Test (FCT) on PCBA automated test platforms such as Teradyne TestStation, Keysight Medalist i3070 or Takaya Flying Probe is a must
Proven knowledge in PCB Design (Altium Designer or equivalent) is a plus
Experience and knowhow in programming and creating sequences in Labview and Teststand is a plus
Experience in testing automotive certified PCB assemblies and knowledgeable in the automotive requirements (VDA, IATF) is a plus
Very good written and oral command of English
Open to travel to the EMS in the Far East up to 10% of the time
