Das Team:

Während deiner Ausbildung bei On wirst du die Möglichkeit haben, einen Einblick in verschiedene Abteilungen zu erhalten. Du wirst ein Teil vom On Team und lernst die Unternehmung aus verschiedensten Blickwinkeln kennen.

Deine Chance:

In deiner dreijährigen Lehre entdeckst du die vielseitige Sportbranche und lernst unter andrem, diverse administrative Tätigkeiten durchzuführen, in Kontakt mit Kunden zu stehen, bei Events mitzuhelfen und dich in der schnelllebigen Arbeitswelt einzufinden. Eine Zeit, die du bestimmt nie vergessen wirst.

Was wir von dir erwarten:

Bist du aufgeschlossen, flexibel, neugierig und sportbegeistert und äusserst motiviert? Kommunizierst du gerne auf Englisch? Falls ja freuen wir uns bereits jetzt auf deine vollständigen Bewerbungsunterlagen(Lebenslauf / Motivationsschreiben + Multicheck & sämtlicher Zeugnisse der Oberstufe. Möchtest du das M-Profil(EFZ mit Berufsmaturität) / die bilinguale Lehre anstreben, ist dies für uns ein Plus.

The Team:

During your apprenticeship(3 years), you will have the opportunity to gain insight into various departments of the company. You will become part of the On team and get to know the company from various angles.

Not only will you gain a deeper understanding of the sports industry but you’ll also learn how to handle administrative tasks, how to make our customers happy, to organise events and to how to strive in a dynamic environment. We promise that this is an opportunity you’ll never forget.

In case you aim for the M-Profile(including vocational baccalaureate /“Berufsmatura”) or the bilingual education, that’s a plus for us.
