• Server-Administration (Fileserver, Applikationsserver) im virtualisierten Umfeld


• Verwaltung und Administration von Office 365


• Aufsetzen von Rechnern


• Anlegen von Benutzeraccounts / Unterstützung beim Onboarding Prozess


• Entgegennehmen und Bearbeiten von Störungsmeldungen (Hardware, Software, Mobile Devices)


• Wartung der Infrastruktur (Rechner, Netzwerk)


• Mitarbeit in Projekten

Studies

Your profile

• Gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen Windows Umgebungen (Windows 10, Windows Server)


• Erfahrung als ICT-Supporter oder System Administrator von Vorteil


• Gute Englischkenntnisse


• Serviceorientierte und neugierige Persönlichkeit
