About the Role

In this role, you establish yourself as the Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter, partnering and collaborating with the business and the management team to hire exceptional talent, all the while driving toward our mission and values. You are responsible to support the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles. Within a fast-paced environment, while completely utilizing your excellent organizational and communication skills, you will drive critical efforts to deliver against ambitious growth goals, complex technical requirements, partnering with hiring managers to effectively leverage sourcing of new talent.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, including candidate records, active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships


• Arrange and follow up interviews by coordinating schedules and function as first point of contact for candidate and interviewer during the interview.


• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.


• Develop and release job postings on company’s career page as well as on external platforms, such as social media and job boards


• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the entire interview process from prepping before interviews to final offer negotiation.


• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements


• Drive active sourcing on job boards, social networks, and other platforms

Skills & Experience

• BS/MS in Human Resources Management or equivalent


• 2+ years’ full cycle recruiting experience, incl. talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, either as in-house recruiter or as staffing agency recruiter, specialized in IT, Bioinformatics and Life Science industries preferred


• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc.)


• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)


• Customer centric mindset with strong organizational skills


• At least C1 level or higher in German and English combined with excellent interpersonal skills
